1. The Service
CLICON-LOTUS is a GEO intelligence platform for B2B agencies. By requesting access or using the service, you accept these terms. Access is by invitation during the launch phase.
2. Acceptable Use
The service is exclusively for commercial use by agencies and B2B brands. Use for illegal activities, unauthorized resale of access, or any action compromising platform integrity is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All methodology, algorithms, the Bleed Model, generated reports and the CLICON-LOTUS brand are exclusive property of CLICON. Reports delivered to clients may be used for their own commercial purposes according to the contracted plan.
4. Availability
We are committed to keeping the service operational. We reserve the right to make improvements, updates or modifications without prior notice. Any material changes to terms will be communicated by email.
5. Limitation of Liability
CLICON-LOTUS analyses and reports are informational in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.
7. API and MCP Server
Access to the Lotus MCP Server requires a valid API key associated with an active account.
Sharing, reselling, or publicly exposing your API key is prohibited. MCP Server usage is subject to rate limits and daily budget caps configured by the platform.
We reserve the right to revoke MCP Server access for abusive use, unauthorized automation, or any activity that compromises service integrity.
The MCP Server is provided under the same availability and liability terms described in sections 4 and 5.
